It was a Sunday night. It was the 18th of February 2001.
I had the pleasure of interviewing the legendary potato eater
Jack Leg for my radio programme Food and Drink.
He shared his delightful opinions of his favourite vegetable, the spud.
He also talked about his music and the life and times of a
rock and roll star. (Although be warned. He hasn't really
had the cleanest of lives).
Jack being the decent soul that he is gave me permission
to put it online so without further ado take Jack's advice and:
" Click on the potato there sure and you'll be having the great crack
or you click there thonder if your computer is nothin but a pile of shite."
